• For the buyer: Very rarely a product may not appear in our inventory, for not having unsubscribed, theft … in this case the amount of the purchase and shipping will be paid to the buyer.

PAYMENTS

• Payment must be received within 20 days upon receipt of invoice. If payment is not received, or the buyer does not contact within 20 days and the sale will be canceled.
• We accept payments by: Paypal, bank transfer or cash payment.

SHIPMENTS

• For articles over 100 years old (only for shipments outside the EEC) we will have to process the export documentation to the Spanish Heritage, it involves costs for the buyer, consult, it can take up to 2 months to ship. -International Buyers: Please note that you may incur brokerage fees or customs taxes. The buyer is responsible for the payment.
• If you decide to make the shipment without insuring, the company declines any responsibility. -If the buyer does not appear at the reception of the product, he will have to be responsible for the expenses, postage and fees.
